Assumptions

I have begun to listen to Andy Stanley's podcasts on leadership. WOW!
His thoughts are organized, concise, and current; and I appreciate the passionate way in which he presents his leadership themes. For purposes of this podcast, Andy is driving conversations at North Point Community by asking two questions,
- "What is in decline?
- Where are we just manufacturing energy?"
He then encourages his leaders to look at the underlying assumptions with respect to the first two questions.
Points covered include money, emotion, perceptions, and an exhortation to look at the ministry with "fresh eyes".
This is twenty-one minutes worth listening to.
